Summerlynn Miller of YCC Danes. She is one of my best friends and fellow breeders. Without each other we would have made it this far, but not without innumerably more screw ups, blond moments and abject failures! She's been there for every phone call, both on a personal and a working level, answered every question and spent probably 100's of hours pouring over Great Dane info with me. (damn funky color genes!) We may not always agree, but we have always been able to meet in the middle. A much more important trait in my eyes!!

This is Moose, I got him from YCC Danes from their first litter. He is amazing! I have had no health problems at all and he is the most well tempered dog I have ever owned! Working with Summer was such an easy experience. I was allowed to come visit moose and get to know him and make sure he was the right fit for me and my home. Hi my name is Ashley, and I recently bought a merle Great Dane (Nova a little girl) from Summerlynn Miller aka Y.C.C Danes. I am extremely grateful to Summer because she took such great care for all the puppies. I would highly recommended her to anyone who loves and cares about animals the way she does. She's an amazing Great Dane breeder not only because her caring for the puppies but she is my "go to" person if I have any questions or concerns. I know a lot of people think the word/title "breeder" is a bad name, in some cases there are "breeders" who lack knowledge of the breeds they are breeding. They also sometimes get overwhelmed with the amount of litters their animal(s) have. I for one have met a few breeders who give that a bad name. Summer (Y.C.C Danes) is what a true breeder are. People often think sticking two dogs together is simple, but reality it is not. There is anlot of history and knowledge going into breeding animals. A lot of time and dedication in properly breeding. Summer's love and affection with her "babies" is amzing. It's not something you see with every breeder or people. That goes a long way in my opinion. They way she connects with her "babies" is how she is connecting with my "baby," then that teaches the puppies how to bond with their owner (I call them my companions). I will always be grateful to Summer for taking care and loving Nova the way she did. If not for her I would not have my precious little girl Nova. Whom I love so much already. Thank you Summer for an amazing gift you have given to me.

Pepper update!
He is getting big and couldn't be more perfect. Very well behaved and everyone just adores him. 34.2 lbs yesterday!! ~ Julie

Yesterday was our first trip on the boat. Success!

I got my boy, Hotchner, from one of the best breeders out there. She was always on top of things and never let a question go unanswered. I feel as though we've gone from a buyer/seller relationship to being friends and that really helped me throughout this whole puppy buying process. She knew how much I wanted a harlequin and was kind enough to let me have first pick of the harls. I couldn't ever thank her enough for giving me my doofus boy. Finding her was a blessing and receiving Hotchner was an amazing reward. There aren't enough words to try and explain how much joy she has given me just by letting me have a new family member and communicating with me constantly. Thank you a million times over, Summerlynn!
